Albury Conservation Company is very excited to be featuring in a couple of major environmental events in the coming weeks.
GREATER AND SQUIRREL GLIDER SYMPOSIUM (28TH OCTOBER)
Our ecologist Dylan McWhinney (DM Ecological) will take part in a panel of field experts, researchers and leading scientists in a practical workshop on the topic of Squirrel Glider survey design and monitoring. This workshop is taking place between 1-2pm on Wednesday.
Dylan will share his experiences and knowledge gained through his involvement in our arboreal mammal monitoring program, of which the Squirrel Glider is the primary focus.
A point of difference Dylan will share in the workshop is our program’s design and implementation in urban growth areas of Albury Wodonga, Australia’s 20th largest city.
